Edinson Argote is a passionate coffee producer with considerable experience despite his young age, and he's quickly becoming one of our favorites here at Shore. At Quebraditas Coffee Farms, he crafts exceptional coffee with meticulous care. The magic starts with the ripest cherries, floated to remove any impurities, then oxidized for 12 hours and pulped dry. The seeds ferment for 24 hours to break down the mucilage, followed by a distinctive 72-hour fermentation with ripe peaches. After rinsing and mechanical drying, you're left with something truly special—sweet, balanced, and articulate coffee that greets you with an intoxicating aroma of fresh peaches.
